Lovely gem of a place for. Jazz lovers. I'd love to immortalized this space with a 360 Tour with staged musicians and some light painting techniques. Tom Stone the manager has brought a fresh new vibe to the place and I am looking forward to come back again soon.

Nice and spacious jazz bar and restaurant. The venue is bigger than the average jazz bar. Food is good and portions are generous. They have a desert board with vegan options available. Good wine and spirit selection. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Book is required and the place fills up quickly even during weekdays.

It has been a while since we were there last time. The venue is still the same but the programme is much better. The performance used to be started really late. Now, it starts earlier at 8 or 9PM. We got two hours of performances last night, which was great. The ticket price is reasonable too. The food was okay too.I like this place a lot better compared to Ronnie Scott's, Pizza Express or Jazz cafe. We will go back soon as now they also have lunch time performances.

Great food, great jazz experience. The owner is a very nice person, who you can tell loves what he does and have a passion for jazz. I have been twice in the place and both times had a wonderful evening meal and concert. Would recommend either for jazz lovers or if you’re trying something different.

Found this gem of a jazz club, decievingly unappeqling when you enter but once in has a the feel of a great jazz dive bar. Food was excellent and better than expected and the music was fantastic, will be going again!

We went to see Liane Carroll, didn't know much about the club. We were delighted with both. The food, service & atmosphere were superb.Liane and Ian Shaw were excellent, a thoroughly enjoyable evening to end London Jazz week. Must go again!

Lovely old style club. Louise Balkwill was fantastic. It the early part of weeks that need support. Vert reasonably priced food and drink and tasty. Worth knowing and going!

A very nice Jazz club.The food was good. Even though I never went to a Jazz event before I enjoyed a lot and will definitely return when I'm again in London.The Jazz artist Tommy Blaize was so good and he and his band were awesome.What a vibe it was.Pure passion for Jazz, also from the staff.

Saw the Coalminers perform here on a Friday night, and they were amazing, real authentic New Orleans rhythm & blues. In terms of the venue however, the service was quite chaotic and the food whilst well presented, was below average. The starters were uneventful, fish OK, ribeye steak unseasoned and lacking flavour, and the tiramisu dry and inedible. As a music venue this place is great, but as a restaurant it's quite bad, which is a shame since you have to dine to watch a performance, which is understandable from a cost perspective.

Proper old-style jazz club, with tables and full menu. (It's compulsory to order at least a main course per person). Not sure why as a Londoner of 45 years I'd never been here before, but I'll certainly be re-visiting.
