I have used Paul Watts Estate Agents when purchasing my last house and they were excellent so I used them again for the sale my old house and purchase of my new house. They did not disappoint. They found me an excellent property, were helpful with contacting solicitors and expedited everything when required. I found them to be efficient and knowledgeable and I will definitely contact them should I need to move again, which hopefully won’t be for some years.

Over the last few years, I’ve bought and sold through Paul Watts.Margaret, Karen and the team were a fantastic and I’d have no hesitation in recommending their services. I was so impressed from a buyers perspective, that when it came to selling a flat in the area they were an easy choice.I had expert local knowledge from Margaret, the property was effectively marketed and they worked tirelessly in a challenging market to find a perfect buyer for me. The support didn’t finish there as the team then worked miracles to keep everything aligned behind the scenes and they made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful than it would otherwise have been.
