A stone throw away from Golders Green station, Salvador Acai (named in honor of São Salvador da Bahia a city in Brazil) serves up tasty and healthy acai bowls for £7.00. The bowls are made with the frozen and mashed fruit of the açaí palm - featuring an earthy" or creamy taste - as the base. Toppings can be added free of charge

I noticed this spot had opened a week ago and today I checked it out. Amazing! Acai bowl was delicious -- super healthy toppings (I chose pineapple, blueberry, cranberry, Brazil nuts, granola and peanut butter but they had many other choices) and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Cafe-style outdoor seating. It's right across from Golders Green tube/bus station so easy to grab-and-go. I hope others spread the word. It's a great local spot!

The Acai tasted sooo beautiful! I'm usually a person who loves sweet unhealthy foods, but this was AMAZING!!!! Acai was wonderful, the fruits and nuts and sauces with it were mouth watering. And the service is so beautiful, makes you feel at home! The location is also very convenient and the seating area is very cosy. They also do Smoothies which are very good for the run!
