John came to fit a new boiler at our house. He was hardworking, knowledgable, clean, and went the extra mile to ensure we understood how our new boiler works and new HIVE thermostat, aswell as answering any questions we had. Highly recommend and will definitely use again going forward.

Recommended by friends, it was immediately obvious why! John was really helpful over the phone, arrived exactly when he said he would, and worked very fast to not only fit the Hive thermostat I'd asked him to fit, but he also serviced the boiler and added central heating inhibitor to the system, all at the same time. John is clearly very experienced, friendly and reliable. I will definitely be using Harvard Gas Services again in the future.

Contacted John about a fault on the boiler and he arranged to visit on the next working day. He arrived on time, investigated the fault & identified what was needed.He sourced the part & fitted it - hey presto we had a working boiler,.John was courteous, explained the issue clearly to us and left the space clean and tidy.The work was completed to a high standard and for a fair pricei would recommend him to others
