7 Star Blinds

What an absolute joke. I have paid for two lots of blinds to be measured and fitted. 1st of all they brought the wrong materials and tried to get me to have all the same material throughout which didn't match the colour scheme nor was it the one I chose. Then when they fitted the kitchen blind (blackout) there is a massive gap down the side letting all the light in. You can actually see out the window through the gap. They have also fitted the fixtures to my kitchen window paneling not the wall which will cause damage I have given them so long and so many chances to correct this and they have ignored me. When they came to check they said this Is not our problem sorry and left. I have a new born baby and trusted that it would be done properly. They also mithered for the funds to be paid in cash. The worst customer service I have ever known. Do not shop here. I wish I didn't.

Good service. Polite and freindly. All on time. Fittings and quality were on point. Very happy with blinds. I would recommend it to others.

Terrible customer service. I arranged an appointment no one turned up. I called them she tells me they don't have it booked in. She said she will phone me back and see if there in the area. No one has called me back. Avoid

The worst company I have ever used,I have had problems for over 2 months, first lot of Roman blinds was installed, very poor stitching on 3 blinds , so asked to change which they did , then the second lot came , and on the first blinds they installed we have 3 pleats and on these we had 2 pleats and one of the chains touched the window sills, so asked to change again , but now they won’t take my calls and have said that nothing is wrong with my blinds . So I have reported them to trading standards. All they do is lie to you. If you order a few blinds and the cost is over a £1000 they want at least £1000 deposit don’t pay it. I have found a far better company elsewhere. Save yourself being ripped off by this company, trust me they are rubbish.

Dreadful customer service. Arranged an appointment, they didn't turn up then told me they had tried to call me when my phone had been on and active all day. I told them to call me if there were any problems. They did not call. I left work early and my nephew left college early to be there on time. Absolutely appalled by bad service. No excuses for bad business practice.
