Excellent service from Graham at the Piano shop in Bedhampton. You can play all the pianos in the shop on your own while Graham works in his workshop and then call him to discuss the various pianos

Service was brilliant! Graham and Harry did exactly what we wanted, to replace the key-tops on our family piano, exactly to time, and kept us updated on progress with very interesting photos. A very fair price too. Highly recommended.

We initially went to the piano shop to hire a piano trolley. Further to this, Graham was very helpful in giving us information around the history of a family piano. Graham also gave us advice on the phone & is very polite & takes time to explain things. Would recommend even if just for advice around all things piano.

Graham was extremely helpful. We went to hire a piano dolly and he took the time to explain how to use it, guide us on how to get it in through the tight area we needed etc.He also helped us to work out what age our piano was as there was no obvious make.We won't hesitate to come back to him for any other needs that we have regarding our piano for servicing etc.

We're very happy with our Bentley Piano from Bedhampton Pianoshop & had a great buying experience. Graham, the owner, had fantastic knowledge, answered all our questions and was friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time, quick and easy with no problems.The piano sounds great when my wife plays it - less good when I have a try.
