Grafton Spa and Wellness

Just a heads up for anyone who has booked the pamper package on the website as even though it states cream tea, 30 min treatment and 1 hour in the spa facility. This was incorrect as they don’t offer the afternoon tea as apparently the package wasn’t popular so they wasn't sure if the would be included. This left us confused on the day as we had already had our treatments and had only 30 mins left of our spa time. After the staff member asked another staff member she was also confused and told us it wasn’t included even though I had it up on the website but due to no signal I couldn’t show them so when we was back in the car I would finally load it so I could confirm I was not going crazy! But I didn’t want to go back inside as I was already left feeling very awkward over the situation and For the price of this package it is definitely quite pricy without the cream tea included. If the cream tea is only worth £9…The spa is lovely but feel like staff should know what package we have booked before our arrival so we get what we pay for. However after over 2 weeks of waiting to hear back from them they decided to refund me £9 for the cream tea (£4.50 per person) I wish this would cover a replacement cream tea somewhere else considering the prices in the spa I don’t believe how much they have refunded! My advise would be check with the staff before arrival to confirm what’s in your booking and what’s included is clear to everyone. I’m not one to moan but the experience of sitting in the lovely decking area with a cream tea with my husband would have been a perfect end to our day! Now sadly I won’t be retuning due to the service

Was given a voucher for a pamper package for 2 at Grafton Spa and Wellness, and was so incredibly excited for it!The spa is located in a beautiful countryside location, a very short drive from Milton Keynes. Lots of parking available which put my mind at ease!We were greeted by the lovely staff, and taken in to the spa facilities and shown around.In the locker room where your staff is kept, there is lockers with a gown and flip flops for you to use (however keep in mind there is a charge of £5 per person for this, which we only found out about as we were leaving), my moms locker had mismatched flip flops (completely different sizes) however we were able to find another pair in another locker that was available thankfully so no big issue.The spa facilities are cozy and intimate and we had it all to ourselves which was super nice and comfortable! The steam room had spider webs in the corners which did make me wonder how often they get cleaned, as hygiene in a spa is so incredibly important to me.The treatment itself was wonderful! I opted in for a facial, and it was so amazing that I nearly fell asleep! The only thing that kept me awake was the music, unfortunately I was disappointed with the music choice for a spa, it was louder than necessary and the songs kept getting skipped all the time! I personally enjoy calming, gentle music for spa days.Once we were done, we got helped to a cream tea, which is one scone per person, which was ok. The bar table where you eat, was very dusty unfortunately, and I did think that the ladies should be paying more attention to these small details to ensure a beautiful experience for people that are looking for more intimate spa breaks, as the spa itself has a lot of potential.Overall it was a nice experience because it was a gift, however, I think if I had had to have paid for the package, I would have been disappointed as I think it is overpriced for what you are offered.I would come back in a few months to see it if has changed, as it is a pitty seeing that it is so close to home!I also think the cost for the flip flops& gown should be incorporated in the main price to avoid confusion and make the overall experience better!These are just my thoughts, the ladies were lovely though and we did feel relaxed after our trip there.

Myself and my husband had a very relaxing time at the spa today, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the facilities were great! We will visit again thank you!

A very nice and cozy place. We had the spa area to ourselves and really enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Unfortunately the hydropool had its settings fiddled with and the temperature was only 29° so we weren't able to enjoy it. The staff was very accomodating however and they set it right. However, I would have preferred they ensured things are in order rather than getting compensation.In any case, I would recommend this place. It's the only one in MK area that has short stays without forcing you into treatments. So if you're a couple of tired parents that need two hours to themselves then definitely go for it.

Went for a birthday back in March for the hot tub, sauna and steam room, and had a fab & fun time here! All the facilities were great and most importantly clean. Pizza was delicious, staff were friendly and the location is perfect for it. I have recommended to friends too!

went for spa day with my husband, nice and relaxing atmosphere, perfect to phrase away from hustle and bustle and very nice and friendly staff, the massage was amazing, have been well looked after just enough not too much ,and felt good relaxed, just what i needed.Cream tea was lovely.

An intimate spa, with lovely outlook over fields. Wonderful masseuse. The half day spa package for 2 people is good value and includes a cream tea.

This place is a little gem!! Really lovely place to come and unwind. Sammy and the team are very attentive and discreet. We're coming back!!
