Passenger Assist Mobility and Disabled Passenger Taxis

Excellent driver. Assisted to hospital ward with me being in a wheelchair. I struggle to use normal taxis due to leg being amputated. This company has been amazing definitely recommend.

Comfortable ride with good atmosphere. Definitely recommend to all wheelchair and disabled passengers. Much better than the normal taxi providers A2b and Goldstar.. these vehicles are immaculate with state of the art modifications.

Had a great experience with these guys today.My dad has dementia and needs his chair now. We had a hospital appointment and were stuck getting there.I rang them and they helped in every way they could. Far beyond what I usually expect to find from other companies.They understood my dad's needs as well and were fast and efficient. The vehicle used was top drawer with forward facing chair fixings and an automated access ramp.A really pro company that i cant recommend enough!They were friendly, helpful, considerate and above all else, kind.Great comms, affordable prices and super people to deal with.Thanks, Tariq and Bashir, for your efforts today. Waqar and Passenger Assist Mobility are incredible.I was in need of a taxi, with both a large suitcase and a service dog. The local taxi company I booked a taxi with, Peterborough Cars, their driver refused to take me due to having a service dog.Waqar was on the street and asked what was wrong. I told him and he instantly said he would complete my journey for free. He helped myself and my dog, along with my luggage, into the vehicle.He then helped me with finding the correct avenues to submit a complaint against the driver.From beginning to end, I was understood, prioritised, and assisted sincerely.Would give 6 stars if possible.

Very helpful and thoughtful company. Was nervous to use a taxi for my aunty who struggles to get into vehicles due to bad experience from past.But this company went above and beyond and made her really comfortable. Me and my family used this company to take my mum to the tutor car home on Wednesday for respite care. What a brilliant company had time for my mum didn't just drop off and go stayed with us until my mum was in the correct place within the home. I would recommend this company to anyone with a mobility issue.

Called to advise running 10 minutes late due to heavy frosts on roads. Driver as wonderfully pleasant, polite and kind as before. Spoke to Dad and engaged with him. Supported my sister and I with pushing the wheelchair upon arrival and drop off. A great service that provides reassurance and makes what could be a difficult time, a pleasant experience. This service is such an important find for our family and has enabled us to get our Dad safely out of his living room, to see the big wide world again.

Excellent customer service. Use very often for appointments to and from hospital. Driver looks after me very well and will assist to the appointment. I am an electric wheelchair user and travel in a tail lift vehicle. All their vehicles are wheelchair friendly. Best disabled passenger taxi service in Peterborough. Definitely suitable for all disabled and elderly passengers!
