We called Andrew at 7 this morning, the job was done by 7:45 I’m leaving this review at 8am. What more do I need to say. Very impressed, would highly recommend.

Phoned Andrew to get some dead bolts added to our doors. He was quick, polite, tidy and the job was the same price as the quote.The bit bit for me that makes it 5 stars is, he tidied up the areas he worked in after he'd done the job. Top notch.

I was extremely stressful and frustrated with a jammed entrance door.Andrew got the right emotional skills to get the job moving smoothly.Very fast response, prompt and efficient service.Without damages to door panels he managed to open the jammed door.Good quality parts fitted.Door aligning he was very cautious and concerned with accuracy.Friendly personality & excellent service.Thanks & Regards22 September 2023

Andrew is a honest and genuine trade expert. I called him at 10.30am and he was with me by midday as my key would not turn. Turns out some WD40 fixed it few minutes before he turned up. He arrived regardless and was understanding of what transpired. He was calm, professional and just genuine. He even inspected the French doors and checked them over. And the best part was when I asked him let me pay you for any trouble he refused (having been called out). Now that us what you call a good tradesman and person. Thank Andrew and sorry for the unwanted callout.

Andrew is really amazing. We struggled for days to use the front door due to a fault in the lock barrel, the keys wouldnt open the door so I called him to ask for help to change the lock barrel. He came today and believe it or not the lock worked first time he tried it. He was very kind and not annoyed at all. He was so professional. I would definitely use his services again and no hesitation in referring him.

Andrew was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He located a lock for me at an online (reasonable) price. He even showed me the (shocking) cost of my particular lock on his mobile. I was quoted £400 by another (sham) company for this lock, Andrew procured one for almost half the price and fitted it the next day. He worked efficiently and took away the old lock. He came when he said on both occasions. Fortunately for me he lives locally. He assured me should I have any issues he will return to rectify them. My hope is there is no need. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew very highly to anyone. Called him at 7.30 in the morning and he was polite, professional and courteous on the phone. I was locked inside my flat and in a bit of a panic at the time, as several other companies I had tried before were unavailable. Andrew gave me a very accurate ETA and arrived within 30 minutes. He was well presented and wearing his ID on a lanyard. He very quickly identified the problem and had the part required to make the repair on hand in his van. The whole repair was completed within 20 minutes and he even realigned the door to prevent the same problem reoccurring. My front door now opens more smoothly than the day it was installed! So, from the first point of contact, my problem was completely resolved within the hour - just incredible! I found Andrew to be honest, reliable and diligent and I will absolutely be recommending Andrew the Locksmith Harrow to all of my friends and family.
