Roofing Sheets & Fixings

Unfortunately I had occassion to return an item. There was nothing wrong with the item but we had changed the roof structure so I had cause to return the item. The seller very kindly refunded the full amount. Unfortunately this was done with such a bad attitude I cannot recommend them. Very discourteous and actually quite rude over email. It may be that the way it came across in the written word was not the way it was intended but it still left a bad feeling. I need further supplies for another project but I am afraid I will have to source another supplier. A shame as they appear well priced.
