A little haven and often the highlight of my day.I recently joined Abshot and I’m impressed by the friendly staff, impressive facilities and welcoming atmosphere.Some of the gym equipment is a little old but it has everything you need and unlike big chain gyms, I’ve never had to wait to use any equipment. Classes are great and everyone is very friendly. I’ve not used the pool, sauna, steam or tennis courts yet but they seem great.

Very nice place with friendly welcoming staff, excellent equipment and facilities throughout, with plenty of parking spaces, personally i can not recommend this place enough.

Great Family run business, plenty of free classes to members and a great pool, sauna and steam room. oh and Racket ball and beers on a Friday!
