The first time I went they were okay at doing my brows they made them arched and pointy the way I wanted them however every single time I've went since I haven't liked my brows in fact the last time I went I asked then not to round my brows and to make them pointy I came out and my brows are A mess they are rounded out and don't suit my face and I will have to wait for my eyebrows to be huge and completely grown out until I'm chewbacca to get my brows back to a normal shape for my face NOT GOING EVER AGAIN they also barely have change to give and I can barely understand them. TERRIBLE

Had gel nail extensions and shellac colour on. £40. Money down the drain. The stuff used was old and had clearly lay for ages. Nails bubbled instantly. I pointed this out at the time, and was told, sometimes this happens, but, will go flat with top coat. No it did not! So now i need to get them all removed, more expense! But it won’t be from there! should have listened to my friend, who warned me not to go in the first place.

Please do not go here for a quick fix. After over a month I have finally managed to get the last of my painful lashes taken out (leaving me with about 4 on each eye of my own lashes). When I first got them done the glue had physically stuck my eyes together and the woman who done them had to scrape her nail across my bottom lashes multiple times to try to get the glue off. There was black clumps of it still stuck to the top set of lashes for a good two weeks. They were uneven, gaps in between and a totally rushed job. Now having to wait and see if my own lashes will ever come back. Do not go here.
