I have been lucky enough to have Reiki treatments and training from Karen at Golden Oak Therapies. Karen is hugely knowledgable and experienced and whether you are receiving a treatment or training with a Karen, you will know in the first few minutes that you are in safe, capable and professional hands. Amazing! I went to one of Karen's EFT workshops and being honest, didn't really now what to expect. All I can say is that it was amazing. Such a simple technique that blew my mind with it's effectiveness. Karen has a wondeful way of explaining things in a simple to understand way and I'm looking forward to seeing her on one to one basis in the future.

I went to see Karen for insomnia. She introduced me to EFT and tapping. She is very kind, attentive, and generous with her time. I have been impressed by the way she has stayed in touch.Tapping or EFT is simply incredible. I have slept and slept and slept since I have started tapping and at the same time it has brought up and helped other problems that I needed to deal with. Thank you Karen.
