Coach Experience

There is a sometimes a hesitancy around life coaching, yet we employ more traditional coaching whenever we wish to improve a set of skills beyond what we can reasonably achieve by ourselves. I’ve worked with Sean extensively over the years and he has that rare ability to combine focus, whilst also allowing the individual to grow within the process of learning. Sean has supported me in not only my business growth but also personally. Becoming an effective leader and manager is my motivation but understanding the first step of that process is to engage with somebody that’s been there and got the t-shirt is super important to my development (that experience is really valuable).I’m definitely benefiting, the change in my approach and behaviours is getting noticed in a positive way. I found Sean at the beginning of Sept 2023 following a restructure at work and my role being made redundant. The redundancy process had a profound impact on my self confidence, and I was left with lots of doubts about my abilities. I was also unsure as to whether I should continue with my 20+ year career. Sean helped me climb out of that black hole of self doubt. Through coaching, he helped me see my strengths and how I add value in my work. He also helped me see that my last job and organisation were not a good fit for me, and worked through some of the things that had left me burnt out. Since working with Sean, my confidence and self awareness has grown significantly; to the point that I’m applying for jobs I would have avoided in the past due to lack of confidence. Sean is down to earth and fun to work with, his questioning ability gets to the crux of any blockers and, I especially love how he’d give me a little kick when I needed it, but in a kind and humorous way. I would definitely recommend Sean and will not hesitate to reach out to him for any support I need in the future.

I am a Project manager and i deal with huge projects, my job is very stressful and workload even more. After many years of working long hours and just not stopping, I started to burn out. I knew I had to do something. After finding Sean, we arranged to sit down and discuss my situation.
