Awful experience, my daughter unknowingly over stayed her time limit.Next thing she knows is 2 months later a debt collection agency is asking for £170. Apparently 2 letters were sent to her which she never received, they only send by standard post not recorded or signed for so no tracking numbers. So no proof they even were even sent. But sold off to a debt collector and they got a letter to my daughter easily.It was reduced slightly but still 2.5x original bill.If she had received one of the 2 letters she would have paid immediately.My advice is keep all tickets and receipts, if paying online make sure you get an account and don't pay as a guest. Or better still avoid these legal modern day scammers. Who need little to no proof to take your hard earned money.

Total rip off scamming company, we had our car parked 10 mins over the time on their Gorleston car park and would of paid the fine if we would of received a notice that was never sent along with the reminder ? (should be signed for post) funny how we received a letter from Dept Recovery Plus on their behalf for now £170.00 must be in on the scam together, but don't seem to have any choice but to pay this. total rip of if you go to dept recovery plus trustpilot on the web there are a lot of people getting ripped off this way to. be aware avoid if possible.......
