What a breath of fresh air! Called for a quote and was told Gary would call back, he was out. He called (surprising how many people don't).Gary said he would be at the house at 08:30 and he was. No messing around, the team got straight to work removing a large tree situated at the back of our garden, overlooking two houses. In next to no time the tree was down and being sorted to take away.I was so impressed with their work. I asked Gary to look at some other trees I was concerned about. These trees were also removed.Gary's team set about tidying up. Except for the tree stumps, you could not tell they had been here.I would wholeheartedly recommend Gary Groom Tree SUrgeon to anyone looking for sound advice and professional, polite service.Norwich, NR6, January 2020.

I’ve now used Gary & his team three times, for tree reduction & removal. Gary has always responded very quickly, turned up to quote exactly when he said he would with really competitive pricing. The works always been done very promptly, really impressive how quickly the three guys can take down a large tree, remove it & clear the site so there’s hardly a sign they’ve been. All in all highly knowledgable, professional & a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Gary and his team did a variety of work in our garden - reducing a hedge, clearing a waste area and trimming back a variety of trees and bushes. Some of our trees are reasonably high, the team used a cherry picker to make quick work of these.Very happy with the work carried out, the team were also very personable. Highly recommended.

I called four tree surgeons around Norwich on Friday evening / Saturday morning and Gary Groom was the only business to answer. A lady took the call and said Gary would be round in the afternoon. Gary arrived at the time stated, looked at the tree gave me a quote stating he would call Monday. He was true to his word and to cut a long story short my troublesome Eucalyptus was cut down by Tuesday.All I can say is he was in quickly and got the job done with no fuss or disruption. I found Gary to be polite and professional and would definitely recommend or use him again. I'm not sure of the pricing of these things and have no benchmark to compare to. That said, I was very pleased with everything and saw no reason to quibble.
