The Retreat

I have had several different treatments with Victoria,I loved acupuncture and reflexology which I have had to help with both back pain, and peri menopause symptoms both have helped to relax me and ease pain.Taking time out to look after yourself is so very underestimate, and Victoria relaxes you and gives you that time and attention to listen to what you need.

I have been going to Victoria for nearly 20 years. I can't recommend her enough. Victoria makes me feel amazing after all of my treatments, I wish I could feel that good all of the time.Victoria's natural products are amazing and I have see a fantastic difference in my skin over the years using them.

Victoria is amazing. Her breadth and depth of knowledge astounds me. She can identify my needs from a short conversation and will vary the treatment according to the need every time. She's also helped my Dad with severe back pain. If you are unwell, unhappy or unfit, or simply need a rebalance or some quality TLC I cannot recommend her enough. I look forward to seeing her and am never disapointed.

I'd give it a 6 star if I could! From the moment I arrived, Victoria welcomed me and made me comfortable. She suggested certain treatments which I've never considered as have always preferred a massage. It was my first time having a gua sha facial, followed by reflexology - she did not disappoint! Honestly the most relaxed I have felt in a few years. Also, amazed to feel my neck/shoulder aches and pains have been relieved via my foot! Can't recommend her enough. Beautiful environment as well.

Victoria is a fantastic therapist, who provides a personal, professional and relaxed service to all of her clients. I feel completely at ease when visiting Victoria for any of the treatments on offer, she is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work and I always feel so much better after seeing her. I have acupuncture, reflexology and Thai massage treatments at The Retreat and am still mystified at how she can easily pinpoint any problems I’m suffering with and improve many of my physical symptoms after just an hours visit. I would highly recommend Victoria and The Retreat for a thoroughly relaxing and professional holistic experience.

This is my go to place to manage all my side effects of cancer treatment. Victoria just works her magic and has been with me on my journey living with stage lV cancer after being diagnosed Feb 2020. I have had many treatments depending on what I needed at the time. Victoria is so knowledgeable and always knows exactly what I need to make me feel better.

There’s nowhere else I have ever felt so relaxed and peaceful. Victoria has magic hands and never fails to get me at my most zen! Her space is gorgeous and has a very cosy and peaceful air about it.
