George! Thank you so much for all of your help! You kept me moving and kept me pain free through a very intense training period. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional! ( Terrible jokes ) .George’s knowledge across numerous different therapeutic practices meant that he could target specific issues in the most appropriate ways.Not only did he help manage the stresses and strains of my training but George also started to unpick and treat long established problems in my back and neck!Couldn’t recommend him highly enough

Couldn't recommend George enough. After slipping a disc training quite severely and not getting the response needed from the NHS I found George online.From the 1st appointment I had nothing but positive results through treatments with George. After numerous treatments and plenty of good advice, I quickly managed to get back to work and continue back to training again.Even though I'm now fully healed I continue to have quarterly appointments with George, due to my physical job and training hobbies. After every session the difference in my posture is unbelievable. Can't thank him enough.

I've been getting support from George for 6 months now after exacerbating an old back injury whilst playing sport. His cautious and nurturing approach has got me to a point where I can start going back to training once the season restarts.Thanks for your continued support George.

I have been visiting Holland Osteotherapy for a few months now, and I’ve already seen a huge improvement of my back day to day. He explained what he thought was causing my back to be so sore really easily and very helpful, and gave me some stretches to do to try and help whilst at home, as well as giving me alternative exercises I could do instead of ones I mentioned were hurting my back. The appointments are also very reasonably priced. George is really friendly and puts you at ease during the appointments, he is very professional and helpful - I would highly recommend using him if you’re struggling with your back!

I have an active job and have suffered with neck and shoulder pain for several months. I’d only been given stretches to do at home. Until I found George. He took a thorough & comprehensive medical history. His examination and assessment was in depth & professional and made it clear that George has a lot of experience and knowledge in his field. He is warm, welcoming and takes the time to explain everything he is doing and why. I was immediately put at ease and relaxed. After only a few sessions my symptoms and quality of life have improved so much.Couldn’t recommend George more highly.

George has been treating me for a number of weeks and my back is already much improved. He has done more for my skeletal health than any other health practitioner I’ve previously seen. I’ve found him to be really thorough, careful and extremely knowledgeable, taking a genuine interest in my well-being. I would highly recommend him.

Woke up one morning about 2 months ago & felt like I couldn’t move, after a long while I got out of bed & realised I’d had a trapped nerve around my shoulder blade. I struggled for the next week hoping it would resolve itself, struggling to sleep or maintain my personal hygiene.It didn’t I contacted the doctors who provided a telephone appointment & gave me exercises to do.A week later no better if not worse I decided to search for a local osteopath found Holland Osteopath & made an appointment.Saw him the following day. George was able to talk me through how to resolve my issue whilst carrying out his checks and was able to pinpoint the issue & told me not to do any exercises.The telephone conversation with the doctor had failed at the basics. After the first appointment I felt able to carry out basic functions. The second appointment a couple of weeks later I was feeling much better & after the most recent appointment I’m functioning normally with just a little ache. Absolutely the best thing I did through the whole process was to seek out an Osteopath. George was able to help me get back to work & function normally. If your in need don’t hesitate get yourself booked in.

I have been having sessions from George now for over 4 months due to work related back injuries, constant long drives and poor posture over the years.Even with one session, George helped my posture and mobility immediately.
