Deb & I would like to thank Theresa at Not Just Travel Wanderlust for organising the flights for our Florida/Hawaii adventure, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary.Theresa offers a very friendly and personal approach, finding the flights that suited our timeline, nothing was too much trouble. She kept in touch every step of the way to provide assistance and even texted us when we arrived at JFK to say our connecting flight was delayed by twenty minutes.We have booked holidays with various travel agents and online companies in the past but Theresa will be our first port of contact from now on, none of them came close to offering the level of service we received using Not Just Travel was so easy, it took the hassle away.ThanksPaul Bennett

It was great to go away for a few days and not have to think about details. Theresa was a fabulous from start to finish. We spoke about a destination, time frame and budget. Everything was organised and easy leaving us to get on and enjoy our city break. We will be using her services again :)

Theresa at Not Just Travel Wanderlust has been wonderful in her arrangements for my recent visit to Florence. Everything from sending our boarding cards, Executive Car pick up at the airport to arriving at our hotel was seamless. We asked for a standard hotel but very central and what we got was just perfect. A very 'Italian' hotel in a 14th. Century building overlooking the Duomo, the perfect place from which to explore Florence in all directions. Our journey home was similarly seamless and l cannot recommend Theresa and Not Just Travel Wanderlust highly enough. Will definitely be using her again.

From the very first phone call to Theresa @ Not Just Travel Wanderlust saying we are thinking of going on a cruise ….to receiving our holiday packs, nothing was too much trouble. Theresa listened to our ‘wants’ and delivered the best holiday package plus gave some great location and cruise advice . Theresa made the whole experience so easy for us; even answered a WhatsApp question while we, and she, were away. Not to mention the tote bag and welcome home postcard too. My connecting flight was cancelled and Theresa had already booked a new one before I’d landed which was amazing as I’d not slept since the Wednesday and it was now Friday! I contacted Theresa Kelly at Not Just Travel back in May 2023 as I was nervous about booking accommodation in Rome, a city I have never been to, during the busy Ryder Cup weekend. Theresa talked through my wants and needs and set about finding something to recommend. She came back to me within the day with at least 3 accommodation options which suited my requirements. After consideration, I made my selection and Theresa took it from there, making the booking, liaising with the hotel and sending me details of payment. After a couple of months, Theresa contacted me with details of extras I may want to consider as part of my trip..airport parking, transfers etc. This was so helpful as so tend to leave things to the last minute! So it was a helpful reminder to get organised. When the time came to travel, Theresa sent us a thoughtful text message to wish us well. We arrived at our accommodation, which was absolutely perfect, to another thoughtful message left in our room. The trip to Rome was totally stress free knowing that my accommodation and transport was sorted, meaning my husband and I could enjoy the atmosphere in the city and most importantly the Ryder cup practice and match days! I would highly recommend Theresa as a personal travel consultant. I am fortunate that I didn’t need to contact her for any reason during our trip, but I knew she would have been there to help out if I’d needed it.
