Suzanne has just catered for our very bespoke needs of looking after our 7 rabbits & our cat for 2 nights & 3 days. This was no easy feat! You know your cat or kitten will be well looked after and entertained, if required, and of course loved whilst you are away. You will receive video updates of their time whilst you are away. Suzanne is the best pet sitter i’ve ever encountered, and i’ve used a lot in various locations across the uk. Suzanne is professional, resourceful, sensible, practical, kind, thoughtful, friendly, incredibly capable. She intuitively does what’s best for your pets. She follows all your instructions to the letter as well as going above & beyond to be considerate of being in your home & dealing with anything that will make your return as stress-free as possible. She should charge more! As well as being a wonderful carer for pets she also makes sure owners are worry free by sending updates and doing the best for everyone she meets!

Suzanne is an amazing cat sitter. From the moment we first reached out to her, she has always been very responsive, easy to communicate with and very trustworthy.But above all, she really deeply cares about cats. When she’s cat sitting our Snooty, she sends regular (funny!) videos, which helps us feel at ease and gives us a little glimpse of how our cat is getting on, which we really appreciate and makes us worry less while we’re away.Our cat Snooty is of the shy type, and Suzanne is one of the few people our cat is really comfortable with. The unflappable Suzanne saved my bacon during COVID-19 lockdown when I was stuck away from home in isolation and my cat was about to starve! She looked after him like he was her own, with lots of treats and fuss, despite never having met him or me before!Since then she's looked after Buster many, many times. She's totally reliable, totally trustworthy, and even looks at things like bin collection dates and makes sure the bins go out and back in! She's given him medications and ear drops, whatever is needed is always done with no fuss. She always has treats, so he probably prefers it when I'm away!And the update videos and messages she sends are brilliant and really give you confidence in knowing how well your cat is being looked after.You won't go wrong choosing Suzanne/Pussopals.

Suzanne has been looking after our two furbabies for a few years now and is fabulous. Our cats are our babies and she couldn't understand that more, a true cat person and very kind. I used to get so anxious leaving them but Suzanne has completely changed that, our two are so comfortable and at ease around her. She feeds, plays and gives them all the fuss they need and sends little video updates!
