Amazing transformation!Josh and team, turned our tired looking garden into a stylish modern one - sympathetic to the landscape in which it sits. The hard landscaping was done in 2 phases;Phase 1: Installation of gabions to retain the garden from the lake (completed late summer when lake level was low)Phase 2: garden room base, an upper terrace retaining wall with small patio outside the new garden room, a replacement fence and Cotswold shingle on lower landing (completed the following Spring)Phase 3: returfing and planting - we did ourselves as we love gardening! Though Josh does offer this service too.We had a rough idea of what we wanted the garden to look like - Josh and Ben helped shape that into reality using their experience. There were challenges along the way, but good communication both ways helped ensure that every element hung together.Really pleased with how it all turned out!And we’ve had lots of compliments about the garden too.

We've used HF several times on a variety of different jobs, large and small. The quality of work, and overall experience of having them on-site, is absolutely second to none. From planning and refining specifications to having the team on the premises, the process was smooth, transparent and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and their personal standards of workmanship and quality of finish are, in my experience, unprecedented. I'd also add that Josh went out of his way to make himself present and available throughout the work, and was upfront, accountable, and a lovely bloke to boot!
