I wanted to thank the Gym Marine team for my new Concept 2 rowing machine that i purchased form them.I had it shipped internationally and Georgia followed the shipping all the way and helped all she could with getting it cleared with customs and to my door.Also was very easy to communicate with the in getting my quote and also answering any questions i had.Thanks again for the excellent service!

Above and beyond. Firstly Zoe who answered my call and helped me with my inept use of their order system, and was a delight to talk to, thank you. Edward who stepped in when staff sent home and while out walking his dog, ahh the new Corona reality, went on the hunt for Olympic weight plates which are rare as hens teeth since the gym shut down. Wish all my suppliers were as friendly helpful and most importantly effective. Dumbbells delivered and are great Weight plates on their way. Thanks. Wish I needed more stuff!!

I ordered the Nuo Flexbell Adjustable Dumbbells from Gym Marine : Their pre and after sales/customer service was excellent. The product was competitively priced. Delivery time was as communicated/expected. Packaging was durable, kept the item safe/secure, and was suitable for transport across Europe. The product arrived as advertised - was brand new and to the highest quality. Overall, Gym Marine provided an excellent service.

I don't usually write reviews, but had a great experience with these guys, so felt the need to. Initially, the machine that was delivered to me was damaged, but within 2 days, a replacement part was delivered so we could use it quickly. It's also worth mentioning that Zoe worked tirelessly to get hold of one of the machine we wanted, as they were out of stock everywhere else we looked. She was extremely proactive, friendly & helpful throughout the entire process & I would highly recommend them- I'll certainly be buying from them again. Thank you all!
