Ordered 1 day ago,and arrived next day, I obviously paid extra postage,but still depends on a quick despatch too, thank you so much, it's for my dad's funeral.. perfect ❤

I was thrilled with my cake topper, it was fantastic! The communication I had with Lauren was brilliant, she went above and beyond to make my order perfect. I received a beautiful cake topper with a photo of my two young children on it and it was so adorable I will remember it for years to come. Everyone at the family party commented.I will definitely be buying from this company again. This was my second time ordering but the first order with my own photo. Great quality edible topper. However the companies unprofessionalism lets it down. Given the option a order to leave a message making a specific request. However this message was ignored and I was told they do not have time to read them because they have too many orders. Not exactly what a customer wants to hear or feel as though their order hasn’t been given any priority or care. Also, why give customers the option to leave additional information for their order if they are ignored and dismissed. I would e have taken my business else we’re had they told me they couldn’t do it and there would’ve been no problem. However, Order arrived without the requested design and was told I should have checked first before paying, although I did leave a message with my request on ordering. My message was ignored! Not made to feel like a valued customer and I understand the company do not provide the service I requested, however as a matter of Courtesy they should not have replied letting me know they were unable to fulfill my order request instead of blaming me “the customer” and telling me I should not make assumptions when ordering. How rude, unprofessional and lacking in customer care can they be. For that reason I would not order from this company again and will not recommend their business. Customer satisfaction and service comes first before quality.

Cake topper should’ve arrived by Tuesday, I have written numerous emails and messages to customer service but no one responds! taken my money and wasted my time!! I want my refund! AVOID this seller they will let you down!

Lauren's helpfulness and quick responses went above and beyond when it came to some Tom & Jerry cupcake toppers for my daughter's birthday. So easy to use the website and super quick delivery. Another company had let me down but Lauren saved the day. Will definitely be using again.

what an absolutely fantastic service with edible cake toppers nothing is to much trouble and they are always happy to help. I order alot of personal toppers and it's great as they will always try to create my vision with lots of advice to make it perfect. The toppers themselves are such great quality and definitely one of the best postage services I've received. I would highly recommend this company.
