Fabian catered a large quantity of food for our party and delivered the food outside of the van's usual opening hours. He was very responsive via Instagram and was so gracious when I was late to grabbing the delivery by a few minutes. The food was still warm and fresh when delivered. And of course delicious ☺️. I was a fan prior to getting the party catered and now I'm a Gores Van super fan because of the fantastic service.

Delicious sweet guava sauce. Plantain wonderful. Veggie/vegan arepas really nice way to end an evening. Maybe even get some Colombian music as well!

Yummy food, open late! Check it out if you're tired of the usual kebab. The owner is super nice and serves authentic Columbian food. Try something with plantains, you won't regret it. The owner opend up his business here to help his daughter afford her education, so it's for a good cause as well!
