My boyfriend and I absolutely adored our meal at Lageorna. The food was exceptional and the views even more so. It was the perfect evening! I highly recommend anyone going to Eigg to give Sue a call and book in!

Every single penny we thought we were saving by staying in a cosy wee budget caravan in Cleadale we spent 3 times over by eating in Lageorna both nights and I regret nothing. They took our booking super last minute and the service was great.The food was sensational, in particular there was a deconstructed fish stew that I could've eaten forever. I also had a gorgeous malbec and a veeeeery memorable rice pudding made with rosewater. I also love that there is one set menu each night and all the tables are served in one sitting. Its quite liberating to submit to the process rather than faff around with a huge menu.The location is amazing too, sunset pinks and peaches pouring over the Isle of Rum.... what a treat. I would visit Eigg again just for this restaurant.

This is a wonderful place, beautifully presented, with the most amazing views. The food is nothing short of excellent. Perfectly situated for the beach walks and cycling.

Fabulous place. Excellent food. Very attentive staff. Beds comfy but not a twin room. I double and a day bed. The day bed was a little cramped. This didn't detract from the rest which was 5 star.

We had an excellent 3 course evening meal with Sue. Well thought out a good range and combination of flavour. A lovely location with views out to the Isle of Run and the Rum Cuilin as sun set and the sky turned pink and orange.

The experience at Lageorna Guest House was excellent. The position right near to Laig bay and singing beach was perfect for photographers like me. Sue (house owner) was the best! Her cooking abilities are of note, she is making an effort to provide every day a different meal, with fresh / local products and she takes care of serving the meal with elegance and touch. The master rooms on top of the dining room are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The cottage is more simple but still, it looked pretty comfy and cosy :) I can’t recommend more staying with Sue.I will go back for sure :)
