Superb. The whole process from quote to finished install has been brilliant. Cooks were recommended to me by a colleague who had used them and I haven't been disappointed. Prompt quote, sensible price, excellent communications, James made sure the doors were fitted as soon as possible after they arrived and the two men who fitted the doors arrived when they said they would, kept me informed, cleared up after themselves, were friendly and polite and did an excellent job. Can't fault the whole experience. Thank you.

We ordered some home blinds, whilst the measurements were taken wrongly. After one month of waiting for delivery, we had to wait an extra month for the new set. This is whilst we had to chase them up 4 times for a new delivery date. The whole process took 2 months. Shame because the product is pretty good.

We contacted Cooks after they were recommended by one of our neighbors. Jamie came out to see us and was very professional and explained the different options for a new garage door. The installation was very quick and tidy, done by Luke and Matthew. We then had a weather strip fitted by a different Matthew and Adam. Every member of the Cooks team, we're polite and helpful throughout the whole process, including Louise in the office. Would definitely recommend. We are very pleased with the finished result.

On Friday 24 Sept the installation of 2 Horman sectional doors was completed at our house and to say they look fantastic is an understatement.From the time Jamie conducted the survey and provided quotations, to Louise who regularly kept us updated on progress, to the installation team of Jack and Ross, the service and quality from Cookes has been superb. A final inspection by Darren confirmed the workmanship had been completed to a very high standard.Jack and Ross are a credit to the company. While the product is excellent, the installation by these 2 guys was great. They are very professional, clean and tidy workers and very polite, obviously taking great pride in their workThank you Cookes for supplying a great product with no hassle and it has been a pleasure dealing with your company.

Absolutely useless. Been trying for months to get them to repair or replace a blind they installed, which I'm happy to pay for as the damage was my fault. It seems to me they only care about the initial installation and nothing afterwards. I just want to give them money in return for a service that I'm reliant on them for.

Very pleased with our garage door. From first coming into your show room, having a quote and fitters coming to install I can't fault anything. Your fitters Luke and another lad (can't remember his name) were so polite, did not leave a mess and answered any question I had. It was nice to see someone taking such care and making sure it was right and that I was happy. Beleive me he had me bending his ear through the day. Thank you Luke for putting up with me. I'm very happy with my new door.

Awarding five stars was an easy decision to make...If you want your home to be perfect in every way, get your blinds made to measure by a long established Norfolk family company. They are excellent! Yes, more expensive than ready made ones, but it is well worth the bit extra to be able to enjoy top quality products.Thank you, Cooks, we will be back!
