Cherry Tree Pet Crematorium

Our much loved Mando sadly passed away on Saturday morning. Our son did not want him buried in the garden so we rang Cherry tree. They took us in the same day. Treated our fur ball and us with kindness, compassion and understanding.Some people thought we were mad having him cremated as he’s ‘only a hamster’ but to us he’s one of the family and will be sorely missed. Cherry tree understood this every inch of the way and chatted with us about what would be best suited to him, our memories and funny stories of Mando. We never felt rushed or pushed out the door when we took him in or again when we collected him to comehome a few days later. They even tookthe time to write us a beautiful card.The Cherry Tree gang are simply amazing superstars and we thank you.

Sadly we had to put our very much loved cat Magic to sleep on Monday. We had him cremated at Cherry Tree and the experience (given the circumstances) couldn't have been better. The gentleman we dealt with was really kind asking us about Magic and listening to our stories about his funny ways. We decided to purchase an urn that we felt represented our boy and they engraved it for us there and then. Thank you so much. The surrodings are absolutely stunning and I feel Maj has had a dignified end ❤️ he's back in his favourite spot in the window now.

We sadly had to have our beloved rottweiler rescue put to sleep at the tender age of almost 8 years old. After searching and reviewing many places we chose Cherry Tree.From the moment we walked in with Vinny to the next day we picked him up, we cannot fault their kindness, compassion and explanation of what was going to happen. The individual care they give to our beloved pets is second to none and we can't thank them enough.

Our poor elderly cat Tim died, and Cherry Tree Pet Crematorium picked him up the same day that I called them and took care of everything. He was collected from our vets a couple of hours after I contacted them; Tim had a private cremation and was back with us the next day. They are lovely people who obviously care deeply about us pet owners. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our beloved Jack Russell Poppy on the 25th March at the emergency vets… I called Cherry Tree Pet Crematorium and David was so compassionate, understanding and caring about Poppy. He assured me he would go right away and collect her in her own bed and take her back with him where she would be looked after. Within two days we went up to their crematorium In beautiful High Halden where we collected Poppy to bring her home. We were met by a lovely lady who showed us all the things I had asked for including paw prints and hair clippings. It was the most awful time but Cherry Tree were amazing and so lovely , I would not hesitate in recommending their services. Thank you once again David and your lovely staff.

Sadly this weekend I had to say goodbye to my furbaby Shadow, at 7 years of age due to renal cancer.Cherry Tree took such wonderful care of us, helped us in such a difficult time, let me ask alot of questions, helped walk me through the emotions. And returned him home to me.I just can't thank them enough for the care and respect they gave us.Thank you again xx

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved Labrador Milo last week.We chose to use Cherry Tree same day service in conjunction with Gentle Farewells and we cannot praise them enough!They had thought of everything and every single person we came into contact with, from our initial enquiry down to when we collected our lovely boy to bring him home were fantastic.Everyone was compassionate and understanding and at no point in the process did we feel rushed. The location & place itself is beautiful and the tenderness shown to Milo (& us) at every stage really was second to none.It was such a hard decision to make and there is a huge Milo shaped hole in our hearts & home but Cherry Tree made sure that he crossed rainbow bridge in the best possible way and we cannot thank you enough.

Can I just say how wonderful Cherry tree crematorium is. When we sadly had to let our beautiful Sasha (Cavalier King Charles) go, Cherry tree made sure to treat us with compassion and care. I liked that they asked us to go and pick Sasha up, it allowed us to get to know the amazing people that had been looking after her. We also got to find out that she got put in her own bed whilst awaiting the cremation which, I think is such a lovely touch. Thank you for looking after our amazing girl and for her beautiful paw prints too.

Having made the heartbreaking decision to help our elderly sprollie dog on her way, I contacted Cherry Tree crematorium. I’m so thankful that they were there for us. From Sandra who gently helped me to make the arrangements, to Dr Nicola who came out to attend Megan at home, to Adam and Richard who cared for Megan before, during and after her cremation, everyone was so kind and compassionate. At every stage we were given all the time we needed, clear explanations, and encouragement to speak about our beloved dog and what she meant to us. These people are outstanding and their service is perfect. When the sad day comes when you need them it is such a comfort to know they are there. Thank you Cherry Tree from the bottom of our hearts.
