Riverside Ironworks

I was searching for a Solid Side Gate after a recent burglary. I decided to go with Ian from Riverside Ironworks as he is very genuine, polite and honest. He prices are very reasonable compared to what's out there and importantly the quality of work is outstanding. His team took great care and made sure the door was fitted perfectly.

Riverside Ironworks have manufactured our side gates. We are so pleased with how beautiful they have turned out.We saw the details of this company on their Van which was parked next to ours whilst filling up our car at the petrol station!! Usually we would not go with anyone without recommendation but we are so happy we did on this occasion.We have had superb service from this father and son owned business. They gave us invaluable advice on different materials etc.Their fitters turned up on the day agreed and despite torrential rain, they carried out the works professionally and with a smile.I would thoroughly recommend Riverside Ironworks.

Still waiting for my quote after 3 months and many reminders ??????

I am a small business dealing in metalwork. I have had work done buy Riverside Ironworks for some 11 years.I can honestly say they have never let me down. The workmanship is exceptional.The guys and Mr McKinley are a pleasure to do business with.

Originally I gave them 5 stars, this has dropped down to 3.WHAT A GREAT COMPANY??? Ian and his staff did a wonderful job in providing us with a secure steel gate to our new built home. The electrician carried out a very professional job in wiring up the gates and when finished, (in very cold and wintery conditions )he tidied up the site to the highest level I have seen.This company states that they offer a 'very high service' and I can only agree with this statement, regarding installation and fitting.The only thing that lets them down (7 months after completion) is any follow up regarding faults that develop after installation and are still under warranty.Even though I gave the Company a high recommendation on the works done. I am somewhat concerned that they are not responding to my request, to contacting me regarding the fault which developed since installation.Very disappointing outcome.Still waiting for somebody to contact me.Tadek

Having explored a few companies to add gates I am so happy I went with Riverside. My parents being worried about security in their house were looking for iron gates for added protection and from our first point of contact with the Riverside team they were friendly and professional. We were not sure what type of gates we wanted at first, but Ian and James were very good at giving us genuine recommendations for our budget and even were able to accommodate to some last minute changes after our order was placed. I would recommend them for great quality and service throughout!

We would highly recommend this company for anyone needing a metal fabricator. Ian and Dan are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made an exact replica of an existing gate and Dans attention to detail in producing the gates with the intricate design was evident. The quality of work is outstanding. Ian and Dan clearly have a lot of experience and it shows. It was never any trouble to answer all the questions we had. Overall a seamless process from start to finish.

We live in Kings Langley, UK and Riverside Ironworks did an excellent job of rebuilding our electric gates and drop bolt. Took 3 days and they were very professional and courteous throughout. We'd have no hesitation in recommending them. A good job well done.
