Charlotte helped with a fear of mine of a certain critter. After a few sessions my reactions are totally different. I am still yet to be tested on what I would have considered as my worst situation to be in, but given what I’ve experienced so far I have faith I will be able to handle it! Charlotte is very easy to talk to and puts you at ease. I recommend her to help you tackle your fear!

I had a session with Charlotte to remove one of my negative emotions/feelings I have been struggling with for a while. She made me feel very relaxed, was supportive throughout when she's seen I found it hard and encouraged me. She managed to make the bad feeling go away completely but also gave me a 'tool' that I basically created myself that I took home in case I struggle again.I can highly recommend her.
