I'm always wary of people going to my vulnerable relatives house but I have no such worries here. The team are first class and they have done a fabulous job. Long may it continue.

Booked this company based on word of mouth on Facebook. Due to clean our rental today at 11.30am. Received a text last night at 10pm saying that we have to provide our own hoover and mop due to Covid? Received a message at 11.10am today saying the cleaner had locked themselves out and they were trying their best to locate her.Maybe a great experience for others certainly not for us, would never use again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone based on our experience! Moving out is stressful enough, girlfriend is mortified, in floods of tears, luckily our estate agent has shown a bit more empathy than the cleaners, who only care about us not leaving a review, too late!

****BE WARNED**** DO NOT USE ***Lindsey got in touch with me after putting an ad out for a 2 weekly clean. I booked her cleaning services in and they never showed up. After no explanation, I accepted Lindsey’s apology and re-booked in again. Only to be let down again? I tried ringing Lindsey, however my number was blocked. I rung Lindsey on a private number and she answered l, again, but knowing where her team where and said she would ring me straight back. Lindsey didn’t ring me back and didn’t answer my phone call again. LET DOWN TWICE and then blocked is an appalling service. Hire with caution.

Have been using this company since Feb this year for a fortnightly clean of my house in Harrogate - two bathrooms, kitchen, hall and stairs. Very well priced and always a great job done. The ladies that visit are often not the ones we have had before as Lindsey has a large group of staff but they are always friendly and polite; and take on board what I need quickly and crack on with it. Also used Lindsey’s company for doing an elderly friends whole house deep clean which they did a fantastic job of too. Would recommend t to anyone.

Do not book this company. Very unprofessional and aggressive.This was my first time using Lindsay and I would never use her again!Cleaners turned up earlier than expected; nobody was at home. So I asked her to re arrange, when this was suggested Lindsay threatened to come to my house and collect the money if I don’t pay her, which was very unprofessional and very forceful. Bearing in mind, no contract was signed nor a deposit was paid!

We had an excellent clean from Martelle and Ben. They were extremely thorough & went above and beyond. My house smelt amazing!Thanks so much! I’ve now booked regular cleans :)

I couldn’t recommend this family based company enough. This is the 4th local cleaning company we have used and these are by far the best. I took the ‘fresh start’ service for £150. And from the second I opened the door I felt so assured as they was very friendly and professional. I was told exactly what would be done, I was even asked if there was any areas I wanted to be left alone also, which I think is fantastic and very considerate.The oven was a real state! I never imaged they would get such a result. It was like new.I was incredibly impressed! Upon further inspection I even checked the interior of the extraction unit. It was like new again.The house as a whole was once again immaculate. It was a real treat to come home to and a real help as both my partner and I simply do not have the time to keep on top of everything.The carpet cleaner they used was a rug doctor professional. This left the carpets looking great and smelling good again. I also had a sneak peak of what products they used before I left for work and like advertised they was using method.Since the first visit in July Iv booked shine and sparkle to come every month since. And to top it off they have been consistent every time.Thank you so much

I have been using Shine & Sparkle for some time. The team do a decent job and the company is reliable. If for any reason, the normal team can't make it, then Lindsay arranges someone else - which is important for me. I work long hours and it is so good to know that I will come home to a clean house!
