From the straight-forward and clear quote, to the provision of packing boxes, to the friendly, good-humoured, calm and efficient service on moving day, it was a pleasure to deal with Jim and his team. We've moved house many times in the last 18 years and this was the most relaxed, least strenuous move we've experienced thanks to Malvern Removals. Their attention to detail, care for our belongings, and concern for providing a positive experience on our moving day combined with decades of knowledge and experience to ensure everything went without a hitch. Dare I say it, we actually enjoyed the day and, because we barely had to lift a finger, we had energy to spare to unpack and organise our new home! Will only ever be using this company to move us in the future!

On both occasions on which I have used this firm recently I have found their service excellent. They took detailed instructions as to the items which were to be transported, provided realistic quotations, kept to estimated loading and delivery times (no easy feat given transport over 130 miles in variable traffic) and there were no breakages or damage. The staff were helpful and efficient. I might not need them again as I no longer reside in the Malvern area but I am happy to recommend them.

Really friendly team, quick to respond to email enquiry and provide a quote. On the day of the move they worked efficiently and were flexible as my things were being dropped to two different locations. Arrived bang on time on delivery day and everything dropped off as requested.
