A lovely welcome from bar staff was given as soon as we entered the pub. We were 20 minutes early for our booking, but it was no bother and we were shown directly to our table. We ordered meals and drinks and the meals and service were excellent.Definitely be returning soon.

Me and my daughter went for the pumpkin carving and had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly and it was really well organised. The pub was decorated lovely. We even ended up booking a breakfast with Santa too as lots of Christmas events advertise

The staff are ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and service excellent. I even ordered. 'Too good to go' meal while I was there!

So sorry I rated you 5 stars not one don't know what I did wrong . Family and I visit quite often usually a family occasion. Food is always really good .My personal favourite is the fish and chips .Fish is huge and delicious every one enjoyed their meal . Look forward to coming again friendly staff .

Our first visit here, as I booked the wrong spread eagle for our family meal!! Deposit paid different chain so took the gamble as out of our area totallyBut we all 14 of us loved the meal, Lovely staff, food spot on and timely.Portion sizes for kids where perfectNo complaints what so everWould come back here again no problem highly recommendLovely atmosphere

I came with my family for my birthday. There were 6 of us. We had starters, mains and desert. The food was bought quickly. The staff are polite and friendly and the food was lovely. Very reasonably priced too. We always book The spread eagle for all our celebrations as it is consistently good.

Greeted with a smile, lovely warm and welcoming pub. So easy to order food, either at bar or table, We had a pizza (my friend and I) and it was lovely, would highly recommend a visit. Never been here before but definitely return.

The staff were friendly and professional. They were happy to arrange a Blue Light card reduction and allowed a party of 8 people to pay individually. The food was of a good quality, arriving all dishes at the same time and was hot. The only down side was that I did not have my £20 deposit deducted from the bill. I am currently waiting for reimbursement

Excellent service and excellent food, the table was decorated for the festive period, table service was provided. This made the evening special and was a nice touch. Food was good quality and generous sized portions. I would definitely reccomend to family and friends.

Great pub to eat and drink. I bring my family at least twice a month because the meals are fantastic. There is a great selection on the menu.Also a good choice of drinks. I would highly recommend going and trying out The Spread Eagle pub/resturant
