Great customer service by Fizan. I had a burn on my hand, so it was a little difficult handling the currency etc. He made the whole process very straight forward. He communicated thoroughly and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Highly recommended! Many thanks

Absolutely first class service received from Riz over the weekend getting my US dollars. Service with a smile.Riz was very knowledgeable and patient and very friendly…really makes a differenceI’ve dealt with Rita many times as well and again a fantastic service every time.The only place to go if you need currency exchange with excellent customer service!!!

Normally this place is fine, but the Asian lady who works there is ridiculous.My mum went to collect money on my behalf which she has done before but this lady wouldn’t give her the cash which made no sense as the money was not prepaid.So I went to the store to collect it. She wanted to check that my ID matched my bank card which is very stupid. First I’ve ever heard of that. Makes no sense especially because you can pay by cash so would she have checked that the cash belonged to me? Pointless!
