Mr Baker provided an excellent service. I have limited knowledge about these things and he guided me through the process so that I had a clear understanding of the valuation. I ended up getting about 20% more for my gold watches than the first valuation I was offered from a high street jeweller.

Sent in some electronic scrap that I honestly thought wasn't worth much. Really nice guy to deal with, did everything 'by the book'.Amazed that he actually found enough good stuff in the scrap to pay me more than I thought. Definitely has the skills. He doesn't like dodgy deals either which makes him a bit unique.

I've been dealing with Justin at Baker Noble Metals for a couple of years now and I'm very pleased with the service. I can attest to Justin's efficiency and honesty.The B.N.M set up can seem a bit daunting to the general public as it doesn't look as slick as many operations. As a working jeweller I have learned to not judge a book by its cover. I now have a healthy working relationship with Justin processing all of my scrap. I have even bought fine Gold and Silver for use in my pieces.Just in reference to another review I noticed. From my own experiences of buying jewellery, coins, gold, silver etc. it's not uncommon for a potential seller to have second thoughts or panic and withdraw from a deal. I wouldn't log in to my account in front of a client either. I think it's a review written as a result of panic and should be viewed as such.The response from BNM is a personal one. As a small business, It's difficult to not take a bad review personally as anyone that takes pride in what they do will. Please remember this when reading the response.

I have recently used Justin Bakers service for turning my unwanted gold and silver items into money in the bank. I have never done this before and was impressed with the service I received. Not to mention I very pleased with the amount I got in return. I would highly recommend Mr Bakers services.
