Absolutely fantastic experience. Both my ears were blocked with wax and I was in a lot of discomfort. Diane was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable in this field and, unlike previous experiences I've hadat a well known countrywide opticians, she unblocked both ears quickly explaining the procedure as she worked. She used microsuction and syringing...job done!! Thank you Diane!!

Great service. Diane explained full process from start to finish. All staff very professional and knowledgeable even had before and after pictures on screen of inner ear wax removal. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent. The nurse explained everything in detail and carried out the procedure very professionally and without fuss. Everything went like clockwork and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Great service. Made an appointment on Friday for the following Monday. Diane was very professional and explained everything clearly. If you were at all nervous about the procedure, she'd certainly put you at ease. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the clinic. I was shown a photo of the wax build up in both ears. A suction was used to remove the wax and this was carried out with a minimum of fuss and in a professional manner. The “after” photo proved the success of the treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
