I have worked with AIC as a supplier for my Cleaning Company for the last 2 years. The products speak for themselves and the Technical Support is second to none.Working with AIC has meant that we were fully prepared to restart after COVID, as we were already ahead of the game products wise.Highly Recommended

Shocking customer service, the office staff are brilliant and work hard to fulfill all orders, however, profit over customer service is a underlying theme in this organisation driven by one person the sales manager based in Glasgow. Worked for them for 5 months, was told by the 'sales manager ' on several occasions to overstate the effectiveness of the products we were selling during the pandemic! To pitch we could eliminate bovine TB with the chemicals and products we sold, as if chemicals would prevent Badgers. DO NOT buy from this company unless you have the personal assurance of another company or the owner Ed Singer, that uses their products. Buyer beware. The sales manager can't be trusted with a 10' pole and as such the sales staff but Ed Singer the owner is a brilliant person talk to him directly as he has a better understanding of the products and services offered rather than the sales manager from Glasgow he will lie to you just to get a sale

Great products from apex yet again! My company keep coming back for the specialist cleaning and hygiene products, quick delivery and friendly service. Guess who had hand sanitiser when everyone esle had sold out? Apex did (they make their own onsite in Aberdeen). Love it, love it. Keep up the great work Apex.

I have recently used Apex for decontamination chemicals in support of our COVID controls. From the initial request, to project delivery and after care, everything has been seamless. The Business Manager had a deep understanding of the products and we have had a very positive response from our team using them!
