Sutherland Management were my letting agency from July 2020 until last month, and throughout that time I've had nothing but a positive experience.Any necessary repairs/replacements were arranged promptly, and I was made aware of inspection visits well in advance and dates/times could be easily changed.In searching for a rental property, you'll no doubt hear a lot of horror stories about landlords and letting agents, but Sutherland Management were consistently helpful, responsive, and generally reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending them as your future letting agent!

Allen is very experienced and with his team deals quickly with both regular maintenance of the flat and any issue that may arise last minute. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

I really recommend Sutherland Management (Dundee)! I was a tenant in one of their properties for almost 4 years and I have never had any issues with them. Whenever there was a problem in the house that needed fixing, this was done promptly. Regular inspections were done throughout the years and our concerns were always heard. I would definitely would rent with them again! One of the best agencies I have ever used.

I cannot recommend Sutherland Management enough! They were extremely professional and provided service of the highest quality to my flatmates and I. They went out of their way to ensure that any issues we had were fixed as soon as possible, and made us feel like we really mattered to them. Allen and Alex are extremely friendly and professional, and always made sure that we were enjoying our stay. I will definitely be recommending Sutherland Management to anyone looking for a property management company that cares.

Sutherland Management were my letting agents for four-and-a-half years in Dundee. Allen and his colleagues are an outstanding team and honestly changed my opinion of letting agents/landlords for good. A total breath of fresh air. Every call was answered, and every email responded to, promptly and professionally. Anything that was needing fixed got fixed, and they were always on hand for a chat. The flat I rented through them was excellent and I was sorry when I had to move on. Highly recommend these guys!

If you are looking to rent a property in Dundee then Sutherland Management is by far the best company to do it with. I have rented from others in the past but I used Sutherland Management for one property for the past 7 years which I think speaks volumes in itself. Allen and Alex were always very professional and quick to respond if there was an issue (which thankfully there rarely was!). Even as I was moving out they were very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend them enough.

They are very responsive with any problems that have occurred and have been great communicators. We found them through a Google search and thankfully the service quality matched our expectations.The team achieve professionalism, communications and courtesy in equal measure to ensure the client remains at ease and trusting in their capabilities.
