As first time buyers we were clueless of how the housing market worked. Tom’s first meeting involved getting to know us as buyers and talk us through the steps towards owning a house. A weight lifted off our shoulders almost immediately after the meeting. Throughout the process Tom was on top of all documents and would complete or enquire ASAP. Tom would respond to all emails almost immediately and there were no silly questions. We are lucky to have had a stress free buying experience and would put this down to Tom and his persistence.Thank you once again Tom.

Tom gave us an exemplary service from start to finish. As first time buyers we had no idea on the process of buying a house until we got in touch with him.He walked us through our options and talked us through the process, advising us on what we needed to save for fees and other costs as well as the deposit. He was really responsive and always got back to us on the same day if we ever had an issue or question (and I had lots of them)He got us a mortgage offer and helped us with insurances also, which made the whole process easier! I would not hesitate to recommend him.

After being worried about the increasing mortgage rates, Martin Lewis’ extremely irate posts on social media and our mortgage coming up for renewal, we knew we needed to act quickly!!! We contacted Tom on a Thursday morning and by Friday evening Tom had manage to secure us a great new mortgage deal at virtually the same rate so we’re now fixed for another few years. We can’t thank tom enough for his help with that! We also enquired about buying the freehold for our property and Tom pointed us in the right direction for solicitors and started our ball rolling for that too.
