I really can’t speak highly enough of SBI Ltd .From 1st contact they were courteous , knowledgeable , informative and extremely helpful even though the Manual retractable Awning was purchased and supplied by another company VidaXL .After the purchase of the VidaXL 2.5 x 3.5 retractable free standing awning we encountered assembly problems and confusion with parts which may not have been supplied .After speaking to James and then the arrangement of Installation with Technicians Mark and John the Awning assembly was completed professionally and with a huge amount of reassurance of a job having been done well .I have no doubt whatsoever other people will benefit by contacting SBI if they have similar assembly/installation problems .The quality of what they provide on their website speaks volumes too .Highly recommendOnce again thank you SBIKindest regardsSteve & Izzie x

Thank you SBI for coming to Swansea to replace the motor on my Weinor awning. Gerard was great, working for several hours in typical Swansea weather (rain) to get our awning working again.I would heartily recommend SBI to anyone who has a problem with their awning or indeed was thinking about getting a new one

I recently had a very large 6mtr wide awning manufactured and installed by SBI. Early days but very happy. The purchase process was helpful over the phone, and later at survey. the price was better than anything else similiar that I found. The installation of this very heavy piece on the back of my house was quick and trouble free, and the 4 guys who did the installation were very nice guys.

The Installers Dominic/John where Professional and very pleasant throughout the installation , very helpful and explained the full operation procedures and the recommended service requirements . I fully recommend the product and service .Very pleased with the awning as it will be of great benefit to my disabled daughter with ever increasing temperatures .Thank you for a great service D D Coates.

Very impressed with the service and product we received at The Hair Salon. Dominic and John installed the awning, and did a clean and proffessional job. we are so pleased as its elavated the shop front, and also given a soft defused light within the salon. thank you for a job well done, and glad we will be working with you in the future!

I chose SBI to provide and install a glass veranda and an awning for me and I was very impressed with all aspects of their service. Do not hesitate to use them, you won't regret it. Love my veranda and awning. Great work by the installation team - Michael,Mark, Dominic and John.

I had SBI awnings service the mechanics etc. and replace the awning fabric on my 5m wide awning which is situated above my conservatory.We had to wait a few weeks for the new fabric but that was ok.Gerard turned up to do the job and spent the best part of a day stripping it out, refitting the new fabric and servicing the whole thing.He was very helpful and did an excellent job.

Very friendly and informative team. They dealt with my tricky garage installation really well with good communication at each stage. Installation guys were great - would definitely recommend SBI. I am now enjoying a garage that I can easily get in and out of.

Excellent communication from David initially then James and Stacey. Gerald was our fitter and he was awesome. Fixed the problem and even though it went wrong that was also fixed with the utmost expertise and confidence. Friendly, kind and caring team. Workmanship cannot be faulted.
