Absolute pleasure to deal with this company. At 50yrs old, this is the first time I'd used a company for a house move. This time, it was for my 78yr old mum, who we were relocating after 43yrs in her home, to live with me. There was months of stress and pressure with selling the family home, finding a suitable place to relocate to. One thing that was a breath of fresh air was the professionalism of London Removals. From the original enquiry, to regular catch up emails to see if their services would be needed, an extremely detailed video chat survey with Oleg, and then a price that wiped the floor with the other company who had quoted.On the day, the team were incredibly professional - the whole house was sheeted to protect the carpets, everything was carefully packed - clearly obvious as you heard members of the team advising one of the newer lads on how to correctly wrap and package items, to the unload at the end.I can not recommend them enough, would not hesitate to use them again.Thanks from Chris and his dear old mum.

Steve/Rafael and the team did great, I was really impressed how they move the stuff so quick also with caution to not damage anything. Definitely recommend them.

The removal team were excellent. Very very hard working and pleasant and did an excellent delivery and packing at the storage. I can not say the same of the office staff called Steve who was rude and a bully. Any request I made to him had a negative response. I had booked the move for 14th August that was my completion day. He forced me to have the move done in 2 days. One a week before the 14th August. So I incurred £160 extra storage cost for the extra week because of that sudden change of their plans. When I asked him for a day rather than the 8 August as I was not ready yet he threatened to cancel the booking. When it was too late to book with another company. He never asked me to pay deposit during a one month that I was talking to them and a week before the 14th he said that he would cancel my booking if I didn’t agree to the 8th August removal.I was originally asked to pay £500 deposit of the £2000 total cost. But on the day of payment he insisted that I had to pay £1000. Which at that time I had to transfer money from a different account. He spoke to his boss and came back in a while that I could pay the £500 as the deposit. On the whole I had a very bad experience with Steve but had an excellent removal team. Great experience with London removals, fast, professional and careful with belongings. We used the packing service too, highly recommend as it makes your move a lot easier.

We recently moved from London to Brighton. After 23 years in our house and also downsizing, we knew it would be a hard move. London removels did such a good job. Everything went so smoothly. Incredible service and outstanding team. This was a north London move. Very very impressive service. If you are looking for a team of the very highest standard this is it. Chris was the team leader and he and his entire team are a real credit to this company. Already passed on recommendations to estate agents etc. One less thing to worry about in a stressful period !

The smoothest and best removal I have ever had. First they gave me an in depth consultancy to check everything would run smoothly and kept in touch right up until the move. The team were incredible, so positive, energetic and kind. I can’t rate them highly enough - they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire move. Nothing was too much trouble and they were experts with all of our difficult shop fittings. Steve even contacted me throughout the day to check how it was all going. Just amazing - don’t go anywhere else if you want a smooth move - this kind of company is extremely rare

These guys were OUTSTANDING! Steve and his team were responsive, engaged and reliable. They were very puntual, efficient and professional. We used the packing and removal service and this made our move the simplest and most streamline process. Steve was very resaponsive and arranged things very promptly. The removal team were professional, efficient and took great care to ensure that all our items were safely packed. They dismantled furniture that needed to be and assembled everything in our new home. All the boxes and packing materials were collected promptly the following day. We would highly recommend them!
