I had the pleasure of working with Nicky Cheetham on a large COVID-19 project for a Russell Group university. Importantly, Nick was good fun to work with, she had extensive health, safety and risk knowledge but used this knowledge wisely. Her processing was always on a practical level while focusing on the customer (and their staff and students) needs.
