Meadow Mobility are a truly excellent company. I was fortunate to have them recommended to me by Watford Shopmobility when I became disabled and acquired a scooter 6 years ago. Since that time, I have acquired another scooter and both scooters are serviced annually by a representative from MM. I’ve also had to ask for help in connection with scooter batteries recently and the telephone service has been equally great.Every single time an engineer has come to do the services, he has been friendly, professional, honest and helpful - I must give particular praise to Adrian who is a stellar representative of the company.A thorough job is always done, no unnecessary extras are added and any questions asked by me are responded to in a way that doesn’t make me feel stupid!I really can’t give enough credit to this company - they always go the extra mile and more on top.

Couldn’t be more pleased with this gem of a company. Not only were their prices incredibly competitive, they surveyed and installed a reconditioned chairlift within a week. We needed it quickly and it’s condition is fab. Furthermore, their customer service has been incredible! They’re so willing to help you at every stage, answer questions and even phoned a week later to check all is well. All staff, from sales office to install were wonderful. Very friendly and professional. They helped get a folding Devilbis scooter that had got stuck with a flat battery in the folded position.Super helpful, fixed the issue, charged and checked the batteries and offered advise on how not to let it happen again.Could have tried to sell us another battery but are straight up honest! Wasn't even much to fix either. Thank you for your honesty and expertise.

Their customer service is wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the purchase of a mobility scooter for my 89 year old mother.

Very helpful staff, answered all my questions and no pressure to buy. I am waiting for a demonstration at my home. Hopefully it will be what I am looking for to get out and about.

I have recently started using Meadows Mobility, just for a small job like a puncture in my scooter. The help I received was excellent. I then had a big issue with my scooter and I came to Meadows. The original supplier was unable to fix the problem, after weeks of Meadows trying to get parts from original supplier. Eventually after almost two months Meadows sorted me out. The Customer service throughout has been outstanding. I will certainly recommend this family run business.
