Booked a minibus which didn't show up and I've had no explanation or apology. The journey was to take my family to and from Cardigan to the Cliff Hotel for a joint birthday celebration lunch. My family had travelled from Cardiff and Germany. They'd done enough driving. Communications beforehand were good hence one star. Then they utterly failed. Such a letdown. Do not use this company. Use Robin's instead.

Home James was my lifeline in Wales. I went on vacation with a friend, and every driver we had was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond.

Always friendly and reliable. We had a taxi to take my 80 year old Mum home from a wedding recently and the driver took her to the door and made sure she was in the house before leaving.Would highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Didnt turn up for a pre booked taxi for job interview i waited for 30 mins and missed my interview , called them up only for them to try and blame me for the taxi not bothering to turn up also after the phonecall received around 10 harrassing phonecalls to the point of having to block their number ,very rude and unprofessional will not be using or recommeding to anyone!

Superlative service from Home James on my daughter's wedding day!With 5 separate parties to pick up in the morning and then to return to their accommodations around Newport throughout the evening and into the early hours of Sunday morning, everything went seamlessly.Special mention and thanks goes to Ben who responded to my initial email query so promptly and accommodated all my follow up email requests with friendly efficiency. A special job well done!Also to our minibus driver ( sorry didn't catch his name) who returned to the venue to do an unscheduled 'mercy' pick up of three stranded guests. Thank you!

We used HJT on 3 consecutive days as we finished walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Their 8 seat minibus comfortably accommodated 4 people with walking gear. On each occasion, Peter was on time, and the journeys involved negotiating some very narrow, single track roads. The total cost was very reasonable and the overall experience very good. Highly recommended.

Very expensive charged us £10 each way from llwyngwair manor to newport pembs village 5 minute drive absolutely extortionate prices!!!!

We ordered a 8 person minibus at short notice. The driver picked us up promptly at start and end of the evening. Driver was courteous and polite. No problems recommending this taxi company

Definitely gone downhill since Home James took over Robins. Taxis are no longer on time, we've been charged £15 one week, then £13 another back from Cardigan (previously £8 to £10). Neither of the taxis we've used had the meter running so prices seem made up. Tonight's driver complained about the grief he's getting from customers since the takeover (and didn't know the local area!).
