The best PT in London without a doubt. After each pregnancy, Kyle’s tailor made program put me in a better shape than I was before ! I started with Kyle in 2017 and 3 kids later I have the best body I could have ever hoped for. Not to mention he is one of the kindest human beings on earth, his endless positivity will motivate you even on your lowest days. The gym’s space and equipment combined with his level of skills and experience is truly high end training !

Such an amazing team. The flexibility of both in person sessions and online really has allowed for me to adapt all my fitness goals around my working life.I have received tailored plans that I have seen amazing results from already. I’ve also been given nutritional advice to help really reach my goals. Coach Kyle has really given me the confidence to be able to push harder and also try new things that I normally wouldn’t feel comfortable doing!Consistent coach check ins have also allowed for me to really keep on track and make the most of all the hard work I’m putting in.Thank you to the whole Train with ID team

I've visited numerous gyms and worked with several personal trainers, but without a doubt, Kyle stands out as the best! His level of expertise is truly unmatched. I used to despise exercising, but thanks to Kyle and the team at ID, I've developed a genuine passion for it. Each workout not only leaves me feeling fantastic and full of energy but, remarkably, Kyle manages to make them enjoyable as well. I can't recommend him highly enough. If I had the option, I'd give him 10 stars without a second thought!

I was having pain in my knees when running and exercising. The doctor told me to rest which hadn't helped as the pain returned as soon as I exercised. Google had me thinking I may need surgery. In a single consultation Kyle identified the issue & designed a plan for me, which I follwed and now I can even pistol squat without pain!
