Sky Blue Homes

Recently rented a property with Sky Blue Homes and the process was efficient and hassle free from start to finish. My application was dealt with quickly and all staff were thorough and polite and addressed all of my questions in a professional manner. Highly recommend them.

I have moved around a lot, dealt with many agency's in the last 15 years up and down the country and honestly I do not understand a lot of these low ratings. They have been professional ,most fault reports are addressed in a reasonable time and they are not constantly hassling tenants. The only negative feedback I could have is sometimes information get's lost in transition so has to be relayed again but considering the issues I've had with most agency's, this is a minor issue comparatively.

I lived in a house for 6 years provided by this agency. Not even once they solve an issue related to the house. I had a problem with the heating in the winter, they didn't answer the phone. Also Problem with the water heater, they sent a technician after 7 days. Everything in the bathroom is rotten from a water leak. Every year they raised the rent, in fact they only want money from the tenants. Now I have moved to another address and they are not returning my deposit.They don't pick up the phone again. The house is located at 1 mountcastle road. I am really unhappy from this agency. Worst agency ever

5-6 years of suffering, I only give money without receiving anything from them, now I have moved, but the deposit is not returned, it is their practice . there are leaks and many hidden problems. the address is 1 mountcastle road

When I moved in the house was filthy and there was a lot of debris, old furniture and building supplies left in the flat. They clearly hadn’t checked or cleaned it before giving me the key. I called every day for weeks trying to sort a long list of issues. I have had a leaking roof since I moved in 6months. I am sure quite a lot of the issues stem from the landlord but they are so slow to get anything done and don’t update you unless you chase and chase!

I’ve been using Sky Blue Homes for over 15 years to manage my properties and the rents always been paid and any issues that arose have been taken care of. Thanks
