Recently sold both mine and my partner's properties with the help of 3 Keys. Could not fault the service from the initial valuation through to the actual sale. Michelle, Hannah and the team were always on hand to answer questions, offer advice and generally steer the sales through their tortuous course (one in particular was quite a long chain which always give scope for difficulties). We were particularly impressed that emails were answered out of hours. Altogether a first rate service, for which we are both very grateful.

We used 3 keys to both purchase and sell so experienced both services. On the purchase side we viewed a couple of properties and at both viewings we were made to feel welcome: Hannah and Cat were both extremely helpful and knowledgable about the properties we looked at with them. When we decided on one to purchase Hannah guided us through the process and provided updates throughout. On the sale side we got prompt photos taken and a valuation, and constant updates throughout the whole process about the progress of the sale. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend if buying/selling in the Doncaster area.

This is a month late but needed to review. 3 Keys were brilliant when I had to sell my mums property, Michelle & Hannah were a fantastic help, very understanding of my situation and the aftercare once it had sold was just great ( I’ve used other estate agents in the past who were shocking and didn’t bother with you once it had sold on the board) I can’t recommend this company enough, if I ever have to sell another property, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well worth 5 stars!

The staff go above and beyond their line of duty, not only in the care of my tenants, but in the care of my property too, (from organising small repairs to seamlessly project managing a full refurbishment of a bathroom).
