Petals and Pilates
I have been having one to one Pilates sessions with Charlotte for 2 month's now. I started as a complete beginner and am really feeling the benefits and enjoying the sessions. It’s alleviated my back pain and been a huge help to my posture. I would highly recommend Charlotte, she is lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable ☺️
