As the other comments also mention, was sent a letter today about a fine that was paid in July. Attempting to get payment out of me for something already settled and upon calling simply said error on their behalf and will close the file. Someone has to take them to court. Can't get away with this.

Scammers. In league with Debt Recovery Plus, otherwise known as Zenith enforcement, DRS ltd, DRS solutions. Try to extort by producing overdue parking penalties that don't exist. Current favoured method is saying you did not park correctly within a parking bay and ask for £170. Threaten pensioners with debt collectors turning up on their doorstep or court cases. Shops at Jansel House Stopsley have closed because of people no longer using the car park. These people offer management of car parks under the pretence of preventing misuse, where in fact they are just out to rob.
