HOMESTAR REMOVALS & STORAGE (Uxbridge)

Ross and the team were brilliant during our move. Nothing was an issue and they dissembled and reassembled furniture (beds, tables, wardrobes) to a very high standard. 20 large and medium boxes and tape were supplied well in advance of the move which made packing easy. On the day they arrived on time and loaded the lorry quickly, taking special care of items such as the TV and fridge. Once at the new house everything was delivered to the correct rooms and shed without fuss. We were over the moon with the service we received for £850 and will be recommending the team for any of our friends if they need a removals company.

Excellent all round. The quote was done through a WhatsApp video call and promptly emailed to me afterwards and was very competitive. The packing service was done a day before the move and the team worked well to leave the essentials out for me. Included in the quote was dismantling and reassembly of furniture and a display unit, and unplumbing of my washing machine.The day of the move Ross, James and Rob worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly and had a aura of calmness about them which really helped. Boxes were left in logical order in the rooms requested. They even helped place my fridge freezer in and plumb in my washing machine for no extra charge - greatly appreciated!I cannot thank Homestar removals enough, excellent service, no damage and professional at all times. Highly recommended!

What a brilliant group of guys. Very respectful of our home and belongings, on time, flexible, dealt with our flat removal and a storage unit. Our completion time changed on the day and they didn’t say a word, just got on with it. Worked around our safe being installed and people everywhere! I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They arrived promptly and worked swiftly to remove all the goods from my home in a safe, efficient and friendly manner. I had a really stressful move day and didn't get into my property until 6pm, which meant a really long wait for everyone. At no point did I feel like an inconvenience, Ross and his staff were professional, polite and handled all my goods with care. Really great experience, thank you very much.
