Bought a lovely bergamont from these Carl and the team and they were awesome from start to finish. I bought it through the cyclescheme without even looking at it and they posted it down to me very well packaged.Wish these guys were closer as I would be using them for all my cycle related needs.Thanks again guys.

Lovely great awesome people. Mr Paul is amazing. He fixed my bike for very less literally he charged me nothing. The way he talks and encourage you is unexplainable. You will want your bike to get rough again and again so you have a chance to meet Mr Paul again and again. He is truly an inspiration for young generation and a real positive reflection of great British. Love you sir! See you soon.

Can't recommend this shop enough. Bought my genesis road bike from here 18 months ago and never once had a problem with it, ran smoothly and was really a great bike. Unfortunately the front wheel was stolen while I was away, along with the disc brake and hub. Took it to Paul who really is an expert with bikes and clearly has a great passion for them. Got me fixed up in 2 days and gave the bike a full service, now running like new again. Anybody looking for a good bike shop in Brum this is the place to go.

Only can say new bike and setup perfectly. Just found a seat adjustable part broken it and they have sent out the replacement part immediately! Thanks Paul delivered the bike to my place (take around 3hrs another 3hrs back to home...) also, Carl is helpful to keep messages the status for new bike delivery and replacement part states. I will introduce my HK bike friends if they are looking new bike or any bike services.

Took my bike in after my pedal fell off. Expected to leave it there for a week or so like most shops but he fixed it there and then and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either. Definitely recommend taking your bike to them as you’ll be pleased with the service you get. An approachable man with a lot of genuine knowledge. Definitely use again

Hi, I’ve used this place last year for a service on my Scott bike, Paul did a fantastic job and got me bike in good riding order. I went today with my child’s rear wheel, the freewheel needed replacing but thanks to his experience and knowledge, he managed to get the original one working in no time. Fingers crossed it lasts, my son is over the moon. Great guy and quality service.. thanks mate, appreciate your help, T
